Boost IT was founded in 2000 to bring the power of enterprise IT to small businesses. Running and managing a company is difficult.

Russell Shulin founded Boost IT in 2000 because he was unsatisfied with the service being offered to small businesses. Large businesses were getting world-class support and services that the small business didn’t have access to. He applies his expertise of enterprise scale services to small businesses at a better price point so that they no longer worry about IT being an obstacle to achieving their goals. He sees IT services as an important foundation for a successful business but first and foremost it must enable clients to reach their goals.
Fun facts: Russell has been to every state in the US except Alaska. He loves traveling across the US and overseas. He is passionate about business improvement, making the world a better place to live, cars and quality time with his family.

Brent is the kind of guy who never meets a stranger. His relaxed, friendly demeanor really puts frazzled clients at ease, and he has a unique way of using his sense of humor to make complex technology issues seem a little less scary. Brent earned his Information Systems degree from Kennesaw State University, where he discovered his passion for helping people with technology. He has his Network+, MCP, & CSSA certifications.
MCP stands for Microsoft Certified Professional.
CSSA stands for Certified SonicWALL Systems Administrator and is a Dell approved SonicWALL firewall certification track.
Fun facts: When he’s not working hard to keep client’s networks smooth sailing, Brent enjoys traveling, reading, watching a football or baseball game, and listening to music.
